I think there was a time in the US where if a person wasn’t doing anything bad, that it didn’t ever cross their mind that the police might come after them. But now, it’s like they go after everyone. Pretty crazy stuff really. The image of the kind police officer helping someone in a community is obsolete. You pretty much have to treat them the way iraqis walking their own streets have to treat the soldiers that are standing on the corners there. It’s crazy man. They’re all hyper sensitive to anything they see as a questioning of their absolute authority.
