Time to erase the blackboard?

The teacher would always erase the blackboard when it was time to move on to a new lesson.

Would people have anything to say if they erased their “blackboard”?

Probably nothing since their blackboard had speach and language skills on it !

The same thought crossed my mind … an analogy with obvious flaws.

OTH … isn’t it a two edge sword … what we think we know makes life almost bearable. At the same time what we think we know is an obstacle to what there is to know … and yet unknown.

I suggested in an earlier OP the epoch of language and ritual is nearing the end of it’s useful shelf life.

The word “trust” comes to mind … seems to have a mathematical relationship to the use of language … more trust = less need for language communication.
