There is a pretty obscure band called ‘22-20’s’ who are an awesome band if anybody here likes blues-rock, an excellent juxtaposition.

Smirk, I’m sorry to say I’m not familiar with very many blues women, but I’d have to agree Miss Taylor is in a class by herself, thanks for sharing that one.
While I don’t think you can adequately classify Eva Cassidy into any one genre, she is one of my all-time favorite female vocalists - amazing voice - and she can sing the blues with the best of them:
