I'm trying to suggest the perception of the criminal by the general public can influence the number of criminals and their actions. If John Q. Public along with all the "insignificant s" considered the inability to handle conflicts without violence as inadequate in society. Like anger management classes, all beings intent to cheat humanity need counseling. If we treat B.i.t.c.h.ism as a sickness to undermine the ego of a man/woman with a gun. Do you think the result will be lower crime, higher crime or no difference?Faust wrote:innolan - as your clever acronym has not entered the philosophical lexicon, please make your question a little more explicit.
b.i.t.c.h. means being intent to cheat humanity. I thought I said that. To b.i.t.c.h.= to be intent to cheat humanity(verb) . A b.i.t.c.h. = a (human)being intent to cheat humanity(noun) . A b.i.t.c.h. move = actions characteristic of a being intent to cheat humanity (adv).Faust wrote:No. What I mean is that "b.i.t.c.h." doesn't mean anything to the average reader. We don't know what it means. Please fix this, or i will delete the thread.

It wouldn't make the slightest difference. People who think it's cool to be called "thugs" would appropriate "b.i.t.c.h." as a badge of honour. See also punk, fag, nigger/nigga, and so on.
There's not going to be a sudden, huge societal realisation that violence is just really not cool and we should stop it. That message is already there.
Plus, thezeus has a point; insofar as you choose an insult, you've picked a very distinctly gendered one.

Not quite true in these examples, masculinity was preserved.

we don't call names. we describe the b.i.t.c.h. and the perpetrator puts on the uniform. He tells (by his actions) he is a b.i.t.c.h.. It's not the role of society to call him one. This is to develop a conscience in the heathen."for we wrestle not against flesh and blood..."Only_Humean wrote:innolan wrote:Not quite true in these examples, masculinity was preserved.
What, "fag"?
So anyway, associating bad men with femininity is going to be a good thing for humanity?
You have an acronym, that's all. Name-calling has yet to solve any significant evil, and has helped cause a fair few.
