Has it never occurred to all the rather extreme people whose ideas I have been reading both here and elsewhere that, if we survive the death of the body, exactly the same thing will happen to all of us? Furthermore, if there is any differentiation at all, I would suggest that it matters not what we have believed but, more likely, what we have done.
Yeah, I hope. Sending people to eternal suffering just because they have not believed in doubtful texts…

But this is what Buddhism suggests. Continuing as you are, without Buddhist practice, you are doomed to remain on the wheel of samsara experiencing its appropriate sufferings related to your life’s actions.

Eternal life is here and now, not in some world to come.
First part is truth, second is opposite to that, because Eternity or Death is
the “End of the road” ,there is nothing Else that comes after Eternity or Death.
