Loaded question. German chocolates are to die for. Chocolate with nuts, especially almonds.
Russian chocolate it fairly decent as well… especially the ones with Brandy, or Vodka filling 
… ahh the pleasure of chocolate and the warmth of alcohol… all in one savory delicious taste.
I used to like chocolate covered prunes from Poland. That a taste taste that hits you in both ends.
