As you know I differentiate between Christianity which was the initial teaching and esoteric or inner in nature, and Christendom which is man made interpretations of the teaching which is what we know. Where Christianity is conscious in origin, Christendom results from mechanical or dualistic interpretations of triune truths.
The author seems to imply something similar in that ommissions and distortions have occured with the Bible and its interpretations. However, as in most of these cases, such books I believe contain just additional partial truths together with fiction and must be read as such.
