The them of the transience of life

No form can hold forever because things are in a constant state of motion. Motion allows existence.

So the question is, if no form can hold forever because it is constantly in motion. Is there anything that is not in motion, that can hold together? What would that be? =D

Many forms of matter or energy can move forever without decaying or de-stablizing, especialy atoms right?

matter vibrates when charged with heat energy,
but things can exist without motion.
Motion and existance are seporate! somthing that exists can have motion or be in a state of non-motion.
