A conservationist dies and stands before God.
Smiling, God holds out his hand for him to take but the guy backs off shouting “Don’t touch me, I hate you! Me and thousands like me spent our lives caring about the planet and animals, staging protests and demonstrations in the cold and the rain, we gave the earth all the love and caring we could, while you just stood idly by! What did you ever give the world?”
And God replies - “I gave it you”
If this conservationist didnt believe god was helping to protect what he created. Was the conservationist protecting it because god wasnt or protectinging because he(the conservationaist) could.
