Can God be created directly by this year’s US election?
You mean ‘god’ [small g] and not ‘God’ [big G] re the philosophical idea.
‘God’ the philosophical idea is an impossibility as real, thus cannot be created upon the finale of the 2016 presidential election.
A political ‘god’ is someone like Hitler and his likes.
If this case, no, i.e. the 2016 presidential election will not create a political ‘god.’
“God” is always associated with creation. He’s (the concept of God) the creator, so he can hardly be created by election or anything else 
.
On the other hand, US leaders (whether a president or people who truly hold the power and move the puppets with the strings) often believed to be “Gods”, and acted according to this belief in the field of international politics. This won’t change, regardless of who wins the election. Sad but true…
