Obama has been getting a lot of beat downs. He lost the HDTV thing and the Republicans are conspiring against him now too. The honeymoon is officially over.

That's not what the article thinks:
If the charges are dropped without prejudice, new charges could be brought in another venue, possibly a military court martial or criminal court.
