1.) Must be Christian.
2.) Have a high income level.
3.) Be good at talking and horrible at solving problems.
4.) Be straight.
5.) Be married.
6.) Be good at being vague yet sounding explicit.

Well you have the current requirements down pat.
I would like to see them as:
Must understand business and know how to make a profit
Must be able to scare the crap out of enemies
Must be a diplomat of the highest level
Must be in touch with reality
Must be at least 30 years old
Must be able to learn new things.
Must realize they are the employee of the people, by the people and not some sort of god like figure.

Maybe there should be a 2 year political degree that is necessary to be president wherein there would be philosophy courses, psychology/sociology courses...

I would think that a public school could fit into that beginning in the Jr high school years if one proves they have high potential then the public should fund further education in a nonbiased atmosphere,,,,, i would stretch this to fit all elected federal representatives or local ones.

oh, also, it will help you if you know how to effect peoples vibrational waves through hypnotic tones and suggestions.

1.) Maybe not. Jefferson and Lincoln are in doubt. Taft is almost guaranteed not to be, "I do not believe in the divinity of Christ."
