I was thinking "pigs in a blanket" where pigs replaces my name and in replaces &. If that's not it, then it was just "a blanket". Both would make sense. Around here, and perhaps elsewhere, I assumed, "Is that a fat joke?" is said similar to the way you'd say "That's what she said"...
