I do not understand the significance of post counts. Does one have in mind before posting the goal of reaching a high post count, or does one reach a high post count and then pretend as if that represents some kind of seniority or accomplishement?
I think this is a herd-like characteristic that attempts to exhalt quantities rather than qualities; one says “if I haven’t said something good, I’ve at least said a lot of something.”
