Legs tied together.
May be. But, it is some sort of innovation in either case.
If the legs are not tied, it is an innovation by the goat.
If the legs are tied, it is still an innovation by the rider.
Furthermore, they both seem to be one, instead of a rider and a pillion. Some sort of harmony is there for sure. See, how the goat is looking over the shoulder of the rider. She seems to be in no discomfort at all, like she was habitual of that.
