A correct theory of everything (TOE) would necessarily describe God himself, if he exists.
Would a theory of everything have to really tell us EVERY thing? Or could it just be a theory of what persists through all things in spite of their differences?
I consider the ToE to be more of a universal equation that applies to all existing objects within (and including) the known universe - I read a book about the universe functioning under just 6 equations, but the author was itching to find the one equation that everything functions under.
