Late night workout… upper-body [chest/back/bis] Done!

Mid-week… abs x obliques

End of the working week… legs x lower-back/tris

…only doing 2x10 reps of a light[ish] weight per muscle-group, so minimised after-ache pain, achieved. :stuck_out_tongue:

…and to think I nearly gave these [much-sought-after set] away.

Finally actually tidying the lounge… :sad-bored:

…whilst drinking my home-made kombucha and listening to cracking tunes, y’all. :stuck_out_tongue:

This week’s workout -since having been sporadic for many months- was tailored just right/perfect, to suit my current health goals/needs.

Can’t wait for next week’s… :stuck_out_tongue:

Unusual Discoveries Found In Unexpected Places

We’ve all made some unexpected discoveries before. Maybe you found $20 in a coat pocket you didn’t use, or you stumbled upon a surprise family heirloom in your basement while cleaning. Just like your findings, the discoveries on this list all came by surprise. They range from weird to invaluable, encompassing everything in-between.
Many of these discoveries are the stuff of Netflix documentaries and movies. While some of these findings were the result of pure luck, others came from hard work and determination. Hopefully, this list inspires you to keep your eyes open and indulge your curiosity. Who knows? Maybe you’ll find something awe-inspiring, too. streetinsider.com/magazine/ … -places-2/

Having a tidying-up kinda day… the sleeping-quarters September 2023 Edition.

Such endeavours also allows time to think, and contemplate on the more minute matters in [One’s] life.

I have all day, to clean the entire room, so no rush.

Today’s vibe… youtube.com/watch?v=mRD0-GxqHVo

Today was not the best day to try clothes on, to see which ones were gonna go to charity… they clung to my skin, like rubber-gloves do to hands - tops and dresses, down… so only trousers and skirts, to go. Go me!

An early weights-workout tonight, so not at 10 o’clock at night, so an early one.

Chest, upper-back, biceps, abs x obliques… 3 x 10 reps per movement —> approximately 3 movements per body part —> medium-heavy weight.

Random question…

How can anyone adjust and post copies, requiring only one instance of typing out his adjustments…;like:

Took me 15 seconds.
How is this possible without imagining me typing it all out one at a time?

Please explain it to shit-Stain.
Entering his middle-years makes him less flexible with innovations.
For instance, he imagined, in his late thirties that the internet would be a good place to pick-up dumb females, using drugs and his word-games…but he misjudged the medium and the venue.
He believed all females were like the dumb American sluts he had successfully managed to manipulate and exploit, when he was younger.
But, now in his mid-age, SMears finds himself being confused by simply, time-saving, internet mechanics, despite having declared himself maturing from a wannabe drug hustler, pimp Wigger to a more mature and grounded Mr.Reasonable, yet terminally immersed in American propaganda degenerate.
Those carefree, seemingly cost free days are now not as ‘cost free’ as the younger, even dumber shit-Stain had once imagined.
Time is always clicking away the costs and keeping tabs of what was wasted away, or done.
Past cannot be escaped.

I don’t/can’t talk to ‘the selective cherry-pickers’, nor with anyone who doesn’t bring a decent argument… though I have noticed that they bring a decent argument to those that they feel comfortable around but not to those that they feel they haven’t got the/any ‘essential’ similarities to… they give us their animosity, but they are oblivious as to that is what they are doing, so not self-aware/fully conscious. But they do play victim ever-so well. :icon-rolleyes:

¿…a “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do” kind-of situation? …because this is way below my pay-grade, so best left in the hands of Our Lord.

Defensiveness, insecurity, they use the arguments they find convincing but intuitively know that they might be weak, so they dare not use them with those they know don’t share their values and objectives.
They use these arguments with their own, those with whom they share core ideals they consider indisputable and non-negotiable; they use them around those that will turn a blind eye to the nonsense, and only see the common objective.

The issue here is the absence of absolutes - no omniscience, no certainty, no complete final solution.
This is what iamsomethingorother takes advantage of to subvert all confidence in judgements, to then introduce her objective, which is the postmodern version of the hive mind, neo-Marxism; the intersubjective model of creating a shared reality, despite reality itself.
No god? Nop problem.
Humanity will replace god, creator of worlds.

Socia species, like our own, have a deep desire to belong to a group. An existential necessity, making ‘love’ the sacred binding emotion - social lubricant, the emotion that evolved to overcome the fight/flight mechanism; a heavy hormonal intoxicant.
This is the neurotransmitting mediator between I & Other, experienced as a relieving expansion of oneself. Basic imprinting.
The goal is to become one with the largest, most powerful collective imaginable.
They reject anything that inhibits this immersion - free-will, ego, identity, biology, ethnicity, race, gender…everything is to be sacrificed to this divinity.

Parasitical psychologies - those that call themselves anarchists, or hustlers - go through a process of desiring to remain distinct from the collectives they depend upon to desiring to immerse themselves within them once their energies begin to subside due to age.
The shift is ego-based, because in all matters of ethics they adopt the collective’s metaphysics. It is part of parasitism: pretend to be one of them to then more effectively exploit them - give less than you receive. What rules apply to thy, do not apply to my. This is the core of parasitical psychology - their sense of distinctiveness and superiority.
They will come to the defence of the very mediocre masses they manipulate and exploit and feel superior to - their bread & butter.
Those that are not seduced by Marxism tend to adopt ‘capitalistic parasitism,’ pretending to belong to the upper-classes who exploit the lower classes - opportunists.
They can’t exploit their labour so they exploit their emotions, i.e., their altruism, their love/hate, their trust and generosity.
The collective’s ethics are necessary for them to continue to exploit them. They depend on a herd remaining a herd, so that they can pretend to be hunters, when they are scavengers.
I mean anarchy is a left-wing invention, that later became a right-wing excuse. Just look at how Trotskyites became neo-cons, and how Americanism is presently revealing its Marxist underside.
American ‘individualism’ is only allowed when the system has enough resources, i.e., wealth, to allow the trickle-down process maintain stability - the lower hustling to achieve the American dream.
But it is detrimental to stability when resources begin to wane, and the American dream becomes a nightmare many are waking up from.
With no shared culture, no shared ethnicity, racial identity, there’s nothing there to bind these disparate, desperate, diversified miscegenated masses - so they turn on each other.

They lose trust in their own senses; they lose their faith in the ideal of freedom. They all seek salvation, retribution…innocence.

Back to the drawing-board… literally, after 3 hours of sleep / 3 hours of not designing.

One of the course Educators confirmed that I was on the right track, in a penultimate-day catch-up over the phone… each next template getting easier and faster to create, thanks to the functions of ‘duplicating slides’ and ‘inserted content’.

Progress: logo, corporate colour scheme, slide templates… all designed by me

So Wednesday was a ‘nerves’ and ‘adrenaline-inducing’ kinda day… I continued to finalise the layoutsXcontent during breakfast, then nearly burnt the kitchen down when cooking dinner… because I left the silicone splatter-guard on the hot griddle pan which then caught fire and I heard crackling which I ignored then it was loud crackling which I couldn’t ignore so I went into the kitchen only to find the griddle pan with foot-high flames coming out of it which I then had to throw into the kitchen sink and turn the tap on to douse the flames.

…and at around almost 10pm that same day, I delivered my presentation to a silence-stunned crowd… stunned by the perfection of my professional-designs and succinct-delivery. It’s like they weren’t expecting much from me, or something…
