Defensiveness, insecurity, they use the arguments they find convincing but intuitively know that they might be weak, so they dare not use them with those they know don’t share their values and objectives.
They use these arguments with their own, those with whom they share core ideals they consider indisputable and non-negotiable; they use them around those that will turn a blind eye to the nonsense, and only see the common objective.
The issue here is the absence of absolutes - no omniscience, no certainty, no complete final solution.
This is what iamsomethingorother takes advantage of to subvert all confidence in judgements, to then introduce her objective, which is the postmodern version of the hive mind, neo-Marxism; the intersubjective model of creating a shared reality, despite reality itself.
No god? Nop problem.
Humanity will replace god, creator of worlds.
Socia species, like our own, have a deep desire to belong to a group. An existential necessity, making ‘love’ the sacred binding emotion - social lubricant, the emotion that evolved to overcome the fight/flight mechanism; a heavy hormonal intoxicant.
This is the neurotransmitting mediator between I & Other, experienced as a relieving expansion of oneself. Basic imprinting.
The goal is to become one with the largest, most powerful collective imaginable.
They reject anything that inhibits this immersion - free-will, ego, identity, biology, ethnicity, race, gender…everything is to be sacrificed to this divinity.
Parasitical psychologies - those that call themselves anarchists, or hustlers - go through a process of desiring to remain distinct from the collectives they depend upon to desiring to immerse themselves within them once their energies begin to subside due to age.
The shift is ego-based, because in all matters of ethics they adopt the collective’s metaphysics. It is part of parasitism: pretend to be one of them to then more effectively exploit them - give less than you receive. What rules apply to thy, do not apply to my. This is the core of parasitical psychology - their sense of distinctiveness and superiority.
They will come to the defence of the very mediocre masses they manipulate and exploit and feel superior to - their bread & butter.
Those that are not seduced by Marxism tend to adopt ‘capitalistic parasitism,’ pretending to belong to the upper-classes who exploit the lower classes - opportunists.
They can’t exploit their labour so they exploit their emotions, i.e., their altruism, their love/hate, their trust and generosity.
The collective’s ethics are necessary for them to continue to exploit them. They depend on a herd remaining a herd, so that they can pretend to be hunters, when they are scavengers.
I mean anarchy is a left-wing invention, that later became a right-wing excuse. Just look at how Trotskyites became neo-cons, and how Americanism is presently revealing its Marxist underside.
American ‘individualism’ is only allowed when the system has enough resources, i.e., wealth, to allow the trickle-down process maintain stability - the lower hustling to achieve the American dream.
But it is detrimental to stability when resources begin to wane, and the American dream becomes a nightmare many are waking up from.
With no shared culture, no shared ethnicity, racial identity, there’s nothing there to bind these disparate, desperate, diversified miscegenated masses - so they turn on each other.
They lose trust in their own senses; they lose their faith in the ideal of freedom. They all seek salvation, retribution…innocence.
