Women who sleep with younger males get treated to the full extent of the law and social outrage, at least, in most places. In general theres a double-standard envolving women/men and sexual partners, women being judged harshly and men praised, theres some claims as to why this is the case from an evolutionary standpoint.

Depends how mentally mature the chick is, I know plenty of 16 year olds not smart enough to think about STDS or Pregnancy, and i’ve known plenty 16 year olds who thought that way and understood better at 17/18/19.

In many mammalian species such as kanines, there is an equal opportunity for both genders to “assault” in copulation. A female dog can clench during sex . . . which really hurts the male. It’s a mystery to me why this type of “fair danger” doesn’t exist amongst humans and other primates (or is it amongst other primates?).
Some evolutionary theorists suggest that rape was actually our catalyst to evolution. Because food could now be gained by more repetitive tasks like harvesting and fishing, hunting reflexes and strength were toned down. Also, because of the greater necessity in co-operation for co-ordinated strategies in survival, there was likely less reason for males to fight, and less of a tendency to physically compete for a female. But something was necessary for only the stronger to successfully breed, while the weaker fail. Well, the winner was whomever could best overcome the female resistance.
If this has any merit, it’s an example to me why nature is not the dictator for morality as we would think it extends.
I do indeed believe that in the nature of sex crimes, the female defense is always superior simply because of the nature of human copulation. I believe that “gender equality” is an absurd notion because there is no such thing as “equality” in anything. Everything has superiorities and inferiorities. True that on the incalculable “whole” it’s hard to say who wins the big game. But that’s irrelevant, we don’t know “the big game.” We only know specific examples. Generally in sex, human males are the greater potential to be an atrocity. It is not a condemnation for males to think of themselves as evil. It is a demand and reminder that there is a reason for the traditional masculine responsability. If I might even tread - the greater responsability regarding the potential of evil.
“Be a man!” in moral terms does not mean command and conquer everything in your path. It means deal with your problems and accept punishment for failing to be civil, and accept responsability to protect others from the male atrocities that are so rampant, and so dismembering of pride in human legacy on the whole.
There’s nothing illegal about fucking a 16 year old. But there is something pathetic about it. Are you intimidated by mature and intelligent women? Do you have control issues or insecurities about your ability to participate in an adult relationship? What makes you attracted to a 16 year old??

Psychologically speaking I think the maturity of those involved no matter the age, must be taken into consideration. Can early sex make someone addicted to it? How can one be really in the full sense of the word be a “parent”?
Biologically speaking is it normal (not in a moralistic sense) to have sex with a female specie which haven’t yet experienced a menstruation? Are female teens, especially 12-14 years old, anatomically capable to bear and nurture a child?
Economically speaking, in rural areas is it advisable if not pragmatic to have early teenage pregnancies? In agricultural areas I think it is advisable for a mature man to have a younger wife because the former is capable of providing to the family while the latter is biologically ripe. How about in urban areas where college education makes you capable of having better jobs?
Socially speaking, how can we differentiate a consentual to a corruption? Will incest follow? Are the youth and society as a whole capable of bearing and balancing the consequences?

I think its about power, men are considered to have more physical power than woment, their sex drives are higher and they have to get an errection before they have sex. With women they are alot more vulnerable. They are weaker, and forced sex is easier for the man. Its all about vulnerability.
There are moral and mental reasons but, everyone seems to have forgotten that the female body at 16 or puberty is undergoing some severe physical changes compared to the male. Intercourse can harm her physically and in the event of pregnancy her body not being fully formed or fully functioning can result in severe to deadly health problems for her and or the infant. An adult penis can rip and tear delicate growing tissues, leaving sever scars which can cause problems later on. Scar tissue, cysts etc. If an adult male knows these possibilities and still copulates with a female in puberty then the guy is wrong. Whats going to happen to a male in puberty? Go blind?
This is the crux of the biscuit, here. What it boils down to.
There are, as Smears mentioned, people who are attracted to young people because they are wanting to compensate for failures with people their age. Many of them use the excuse that the moral conventions of sexuality are not biologically necessary, and they say that they should be attracted to young mates for reasons which complement natural efficiency in reproduction. But these people usually care nothing about the “importance” of reproduction. They are, instead, using such arguments to conceal their own intentions and motivations.
It gets more complicated, and ironic. Now watch. Most of these people who are attracted to younger mates are as pathetic as the same aged mates they do not want to have relationships with. Are the majority of modern female consumers trash? Absolutely. Are the majority of the men who are not attracted to the women who are trash, trash? Absolutely.
Let us say that the sexual attraction to younger women is right for the wrong reasons. The wrong reason to be attracted to a younger woman is to compensate for your own failures. The right reason to be attracted to younger women is because they are not yet corrupted by consumerist society. They are not yet “damaged goods”. However, the average man who thinks he is attracted to younger women for the right reasons is most likely trash himself, so he cannot understand the virtuous reasons why he should be attracted to a younger mate.
I love a seventeen year old woman and I am thirty-two. If I rolled up to one of Smear’s parties with my seventeen year old girlfriend, and Smear’s called me “pathetic” for not wanting to court one of his “adult” female friends at the party, I would proceed in argument and reverie to prove how those women are worthless, arrogant, wastes of space who’s ovaries should be removed. This would take less than fifteen minutes. I would appear to them like a shooting star; to bright, to fast to be comprehended, and they could only interpret me as “strange” and “not one of us”.
In doing so, I would not gain the respect or understanding of the trash that was there…but I would help to educate my girl to understand her uniqueness, how she is different from them, and what characteristics determine their worthlessness. This would be the point. This trash at this party would be an example for her to learn from.

Generally yes, that is how I see it. During post-adolescence, the basic features of the attitude, personality, and mentality that characterize the “consumer” are developed and refined.
A woman aged twenty-five, for example, has acquired a head full of garbage, most likely, and because of that, very distinct characteristics are observable in her behavior. It is extremely difficult to help someone unlearn what they have been conditioned to believe once they are an adult. If an adolescent is not vaccinated against the “stupid, little people disease” (consumerism), it is unlikely that they will escape its clutches.
…and this is bad? A young woman should feel this way about a person she has experienced intimacy with. Sex and intimacy is not like an old DVD player, Smears, that you run out and replace once you are bored with it. Jesus, you’re so fuckin corrupt you even treat women like commodities: “watch out dude…she’ll stick to you like last years fashions!”
How could you possible blame a young woman for feeling dependent on and possessive of her mate? That is precisely the greatest quality about the women: it is conducive to strong family relationships, the contexts that ensure good breeding, education and culture.
