I can tell you that nothing good can come from abusing alcohol the
way you do… in thinking that alcohol can in any way, shape or form,
be helpful/or beneficial is going down the path of thinking that
alcohol use is somehow not dangerous…
I had a friend who didn’t think that drinking was a big deal
and more importantly, he didn’t respect it… and it got him into trouble
several times until we, friends and I, got him so shitfaced he couldn’t walk…
it was a very painful night for him, but he learned a very important lesson…
and became a much more careful drinker after that…
and in thinking that alcohol can, in some fashion, “regulate” emotions,
is simply false… and a lie you tell yourself to continue drinking…
of course, you won’t listen to me… you are young and think you
know everything… but as a voice of experience, I can tell you that
drinking is something that you must respect… and know it for what it is…
