“In order to fight the republicans waging World War III we need to vote democrat against the globalists. It’s the only chance to save this nation in 2026.”
I have been watching things unfold here domestically since 2001, neither democrats or republicans are worth the damn politically controlled by the same overall uniparty.
My suggestion to all of you is join your local communist today! Why? Because fuck everybody else, they’ve shown themselves to be nothing but bad faith actors over the years.
Going to be funny in 2026 when the democrats take up the same World War III initiatives, maybe then you assholes will finally figure out that they control all political parties.
Last time I checked historically it was the liberals along with the so called conservatives that instigated both World War I and World War II, not the communists.
There’s the little problem of how the communists dealt with their own people. Who needs a war when your own citizens can be an enemy and you can rack up more deaths that way than, well, any war.
Remind me again how many people the capitalists have waged war on across the entire planet since 1947.
Don’t worry, mass starvation and food riots are coming eventually when people can no longer afford to buy food and where neighbors will shoot each other for a can of beans. Everybody wants to complain about the Marxists and communists, but when western economic capitalism collapses with the demise of the dollar all of that will eventually be an afterthought.
All of a sudden we Marxists and communists won’t be considered all that bad anymore by comparison because the horrors of capitalism and fallout it will bring will be so much more worse.
I don’t have to defend capitalism when I point out the problems with communism - let’s go with a conservative well documented estimate of 25 - 30 millions deaths caused by Mao’s communism on his own people and 9 million for Stalin on his own people. Khmer Rouge 1.5 - 1.7. That’s pretty small by comparison but it was a small country and just adds to the pattern. If I point out that the Republicans are idiots, it doesn’t mean I need to prove the Democrats are not idiots. They’re both idiots. So, it really doesn’t matter how many deaths were created by capitalists on this issue. And making it seems like these are the two possible ways to organize a society is not helping anything.
Well, first off I would say I am a Marxist and communist political reformist who isn’t trying to make a repeat of the same mistakes of the historic past, not that it matters to people like yourself because you’re just going to find revulsion no matter what.
Everytime I hear capitalists talk about the horrors of Marxism or communism it is cringe worthy because all the years between 1947-2025 I can mention all the violent coups, assassinations, and wars in between caused directly by international capitalism where it racks up into the millions very easily. I find these political sentiments by capitalists or libertarians to be very annoying because of the hypocritical nature of the discussion.
Now, you can play the role of the neutral arbiter all you want but good luck trying to change the world from passive neutrality.
The world is a very messy place and you have to get messy yourself making a variety of compromises just to survive, that’s reality, and sometimes terrible things transpire which are regrettably unfortunate.
Nah. I’m not closed to what might be possible. I was responding to the way you spoke about liberals. If we see what has been done by members of a group and then decide whoever proposes similar values must repeat the flaws of the past, then the past of communism should haunt current communists. If we drop that, then their is less need to be haunted.
Why do I or others who don’t identify with capitalism or communism necessarily passive or neutral. Again, it’s like that’s all there is.
MrAuthoritarian:
If you’re liberal that would be liberal capitalism.
K: because MR. A is so limited in his thinking, he always
connects being liberal with capitalism… and I am a liberal
and I have quite clearly have rejected capitalism in many posts/threads..
and in reading liberals, many if not most have also rejected capitalism…
in fact, I would suggest that in today’s world, being liberal is in
part and parcel of rejecting capitalism…but I have also,
many times, rejected communism as being as anti-human
as capitalism is…as of right now, right now, I would say that
socialism is the only real path left to us, again, I think that
a new form of an economic system is being built right now…
Just as Capitalism, bit by bit, became the system of choice…
we will see another economic system come into play as the
years pass…We have had 8 economic systems in the last million
years, hunter-gatherer, feudalism, slavery, mercantilism, socialism,
communism, capitalism, and traditionalism… and of course, there
have been economic systems that have combined these various
other systems… the mixing and maxing of various systems..
just as Mercantilism has had its day, capitalism will finally end
and another system will take its place… the question becomes
what system will be that replacement for capitalism?
and therein lies the entire question, what is next, economically
for us? the point here is that with the rise of liberalism came
the call for capitalism, but capitalism has proven itself of not
being the answer… So, now what?
The thing with Nick is that he always has a point.
But you know you have arrived at just wanting to set the world on fire, when you encourage voting for the very problem you originally set out to solve.
Its accelerationism.
But its also basically just wanting civil war and a bloodbath.
And whats repulsive for me about this line of thought is that its not the monkey in the tricky suit who wants to grab a boomstick and stand up for what he wants to pull through, no.
The monkey says “we should ruin everything, so everyone is forced to act out my frustration, so i get to hide in the back”.
Yes, because either you’re an alien or a ghost if you say that you’re so entirely neutral that you defy all political categorization. I know for a fact you’re neither.
Most liberals are liberal capitalists, there are those silly democratic liberal socialists who say they’re for economic socialism but as far as I can see they’re the ultimate hypocrites.
I suppose you’re one of the later goofies which for you makes perfect sense.
I haven’t voted in a single election since 2001. Absenteeism is just as effective as far as political accelerationism is concerned.
Voting for the democrats in spite of the republicans just sounds silly.
But in any case I am not even sure we’re going to even make it to the next round of national voting in this nation given the current trajectory we’re on.
