clock’s still wrong by half an hour!

The machine’s clock says the time is 17:42 when it’s only 16:20! I’ve had a problem with it from the start even though I run the correct time syncing programs. I shall investigate further.
is it fixed now? the time on this post should be 16:36. here’s hoping.
