Besides the particular conclusions and assumptions of this piece, I take its underlying supposition and I ask:
What makes us believe, nay be convinced, that man today is different from man in the past - beyond the pretenses and learned/enforced behaviors?
Upon what grounds do we base our beliefs in enlightenment and a modern progress and what makes us think that humanity has evolved beyond the basic natural drives towards dominion and control?
Could this current trend be some sort of Appolonian delusion, to which Dionysus stands as a reality-check?
Does this trend towards globalization or “New World Order” relate, in any way, to my The Feminization of Man thesis?
Does this trend towards uniformity not evoke concepts of anti-sexism and racism and this current War of Terror?
Is it all part of some conspiracy or just a part of the natural course in a world of overpopulation and dwindling resources?
Is not eugenics based on the a similar error with egalitarianism, that nature, rather than nurture, is the only, or the dominant, factor in breeding superior minds?
That’s allot of questions.
We’ve had people try to take over the whole world before, and people who talk about the NWO, already do know about that. That’s why there was babylonian, greek and roman world superpowers for a while. Because NWO shit happens. Anyways, what these theorist people want to do, is call out before it happens, instead of after it happens and is too late. They don’t want to live in a totalitarian global screw over, so they try to warn everybody to wake up and care. They have hope, and to be happy, they believe that there’s validity in what they are doing or saying, so as not to feel it is futile.
Breeding superior minds has allot to do with proper neutrition and ideal parenting. If you’re talking about high IQ, no mental illness, strength, etc, etc.
The natural course isn’t always the prefered course.
There are some people who don’t want to be microchipped or whatever else. And that’s not exactly a natural course, in the classical meaning of the word “natural”. Jungle Jim does not like cell phone towers, and neither should YOOUUUU…[1]
It is a pretty good example of how the propagandist appeals to fear and emotion using fallacious arguments. Exploiting a valid and healthy suspicion of authority and linking it with fears of science unbounded. Love to know where you found it …and who funded it. My guesses: Texan Christian fundamentalists; alien abduction theorists or marxists!

On what grounds indeed? The crux of the matter. Are the needs of the pack being met or not? I expect the the proponents of eugenics and fundamentalism, in all it’s nefarious guises, would hope that you’d make that connection as it makes their job all the more easy. But are the proponents of world domination really ‘superior minds’ or are they deluded and dangerous psychopaths? Nothing so dangerous as something that sounds almost plausible…and almost reasonable. Those who would do ill in the world always make an emotional appeal and then try to dress it up as natural or scientifically proven (without the actual science to back up their claims) or just plain evil!

Using the premis that everyone loves nature but is supicious of science (cos they don’t understand it). Infer that science has done bad things to nature therefore science is bad. An attempt to discredit science might, therefore, go something like this:
science = unnatural
nature = god given
against nature = against god
against god = evil
superior brains = nature
so just go with the natural flow plebs!
What the despots and control freaks try to do is isolate and exaggerate certain scienctific ‘findings’ that might support their cause and then minimise or suppress anything inconvenient including any science that has discredited the original ‘findings’…Or they hijack the language of science and apply it to whatever snake oil they are peddling.
A great deal of trickery, deception, forced delusion and cunning by the perpetrators of such a orchestra.
