You may have seen people performing in public for spare change. Perhaps in subway tunnels.
Does anyone know if this is legal? Where to do it best?
I want to dance with a little boombox, not so much for the money, but more for the public spectacle.
I live near boston and want to do it there.
I know the subways have rules about this stuff, but I see people playing musical intruments there anyway.
Any city folk have a suggestion as to how to dance legally in public?

Get yourself a bit of paper from your local headshrinker saying: “The Holder of this card has been diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome, and as such may engage in periods of irrational dancing. Do not be alarmed. An application of small change to the holder’s vicinity will have sedative effect.”
