Apartheid & the Noble Savage

When I was a child
living on the mean streets of the gold miner’s quarters
in South Africa
there were no indoor toilets or electric kitchen ranges
the backyard of every house was separated by a service lane
which allowed access to out-house shit buckets
trash cans
and coal bins

The first job of every noble savage
who realized it was time to get out of the mud hut
and enter the modern world
was to load shit, carry trash and deliver coal

The Apartheid passbook laws
were there to keep 30 million Noble savages
all seeking a portal out of the past into the Iron Age
from over-loading the South African infrastructure
and allow just enough in
to gradually lift them out of the Bronze Age

Thus in this way
entirely misunderstood by the rest of the world
Africa is being forced down the same evolutionary road
from wattle hut and spear
tp brick house and machine gun
that European peasants have been forced down
over the past 88 generations

I don’t think people are being forced to use technology.
They use it by choice.

You know I never realized that Apartheid was really a clever scheme for gradually rolling out the Iron Age across South Africa. Perhaps slavery was part of a long term educational program to increase literacy rates across Africa… somehow. 8-[

The time has got to come when people realize
that if they do not go to Africa and see the conditions on the ground for themselves
all they are doing is parroting the media
and doing nobody any good

South Africa was a Britsh Crown colony
run by Europeans no different from America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
every one of them made their own mess of integration
and still struggle with it today
South Africa’s problems were and remain tens times as difficult

It is too late now to cry over spilt milk
Since the collapse in 1994
the country is now on a fast track downhill
crime/disease/famine/unemployment are rampant
genocide may well be on the horizon
the reasons for the end of colonialism in Africa go far beyond slavery and poor wages

Colonization is an essential step in the evolution of human consciousness
Imperialism was the wrong settlement policy
it should have been teacher/student with the indigenous populations
not master/servant
the 18th century Christian missionaries were out of line demonizing shamanism
like they did witchcraft in Europe
and thus undermining an established stable spiritual belief system
but in terms of human development that too could not be helped
The Bible was the only mass produced book available to teach literacy
and still the only source is in more remote regions

we are all in the same evolutionary rail line going to the same station
whether we like it or not
the basic fact is that without literacy advanced technology is impossible
and without those modern tools
no indigenous population can deal with natural population increases
European know-how needed at least another one or two generations
to establish enough qualified natives to run a modern country
before handing over power

As a result of the premature collapse of colonialism
and the vast modern infrastructure it was slowly establishing
African is now governed by unprepared incompetent administers
existing on World Bank handouts
tribal lore and powerful marriage taboos has collapsed
weak Protestantism cannot contain sexual immorality
bribery and corruption is rampant

So now we are looking at Africa’s Dark Age
we went through it when Roman colonization collapsed
bow it is their turn
history repeating itself

The Apartheid policy of Separate development in tribal homelands
was fundamentally a good idea
it would have given each of the thirteen tribal language groups inside the country
a chance to experience an Iron Age of national industrial development
engender conscientious craftsmanship and build up self and national pride

but it was not economically supported by the rest of the world
three million South African whites were struggling to compete on the world market as it was
let alone try and build up a modern infrastructure for thirteen new nations without help
thus the white system got swamped by natives seeking work
and was forced to introduce drastic passbook laws to control the influx
which incensed the rest of the world further who demanded democracy

Democracy in a tribal milieu is an oxymoron
after 300 years of it the West is still divided by latent tribalism
both sides of any Truth are invariably clouded by primitive emotions
in Africa those emotions are still raw and extremely dangerous
genocide is common practice

The only thing I can suggest to help at this late stage in the game
is do what my nonprofit foundation is trying to set up here in the USA
build a Global stewardship training campus
with the idea of inviting and training third world students
with the latest technologies on how to run sustainable economies
so far I have been unable to interest anybody important with this approach
but we are going ahead anyway at snails pace with limited finances

So what happened to Homo Rudolfensis, Homo Ergaster, Homo Habilis, Homo Georgicus, Homo Erectus, Homo Heidelbergensis, Homo Neanderthalis, Homo Rhodesiensis, Homo Floresiensis, etc…? They don’t seem to be on my train. Are they on yours?

One thing is for sure, leander
you are not on my train
I thought I made myself quite clear
the stations left behind us
go all the way back to the first cell
so I have absolutely no idea what train you are on right now
or where you are heading
perhaps you can explain your point

Though i agree that Africa musty carve out its own destiny in the end
total non-participation will mean that we have to ignore human rights violations
for generations to come
personally I find that unacceptable
not including the fact that six million Europeans are now trapped there
forced to slip back into a medieval system of tribal affiliations
as far as technology goes
I do not think Africa needs to re-invent the wheel
training in technology can be given
in a neighborly manner
provided it is not done with the profit motive in mind
When Africa can see that ownership is not our motive
I think the technological carrot is the best policy to adopt

Extinct homonid lineages are not stations in your train analogy, if that’s what you are comparing them to. They are more like offshoots of the main railway that went nowhere. All the anthropological evidence suggests that this is the fate of sub-Saharan Africans. The Rome analogy would only work if the potential for Africans was the same as it was for Europeans, they would have to be capable of surpassing Western civilization, but all the testing of intelligence levels suggests they are not even capable of matching it.

Even in the middle of the so called European Dark Ages there was more intellectual life going on, more science and art than in the whole history of sub-Sahran Africa.

Three things need to be carefully understood

The global environment is as dependent on Africa the largest continent
as any other, so we manage it together or die together
100 million camp fired every night is turning it into a vast desert

Africa is our ancestral home and Africans are our family
if we can help it is our moral duty to do so

Necessity is the mother of invention
it has been suggested that Africans have inferior intellects
that is not true

All of our basic technological skills and inventive genius
were established during the 99.9% of the time we spent in the Stone Age
learning the basic laws of torque, tension, trajectory, velocity, etc
this includes the chemistry of, cooking to remove poisons, herbal potions for the sick and the making of poison for arrowheads.
all necessary n order to hunt and survive
thus all human beings are imprinted with the same latent technology capabilities

The slow development in sub-Saharan Africa
is because of the poor soils of the tropical and sub-tropical regions
and the lack of four seasons
make it not good for agriculture
thus population growth was slow
and hunter/gathering remained the main survival method
over-crowing was accommodated via migration out of Africa

The hunter/gather Africans who migrated out of Africa
to eventually populate the rest of the world
arrived in temperate zones with good farming prospects
and thus as populations expanded exponentially
the need for Bronze Age agriculture followed by advanced Iron Age technology
became survival realities
those inventive needs have only recently arrived in sub-Saharan Africa

If as you seem to suggest African intellect is inferior
and they comprise our species root stock
pray tell how and where we got the extra mojo
in the bare .1% of the time since we all left the Stone Age?

There have to be two polarities
for atoms to radiate energy
Plenty has gone wrong in Africa
there is also the plus side

10 million slaves exported 300 years ago
= 200 million expatriot blacks today with far more worldly advantages
than their brothers left in Africa

13 generations of Colonialism = 40% of Africa is literate
Every country in Africa has the base of a modern infrastructure

4 generations of Corporate investment = 10% of Africa are skilled technologists

Take all that away
and you have 1 billion illiterate farmers
mired in Bronze Age technology
turning a dry continent into a dust bowl

Invest in Africa
it is to all our benefit
