is too low. I suspect it is closer to 20 million. And seeking

I’m always perplexed why the little guy gets the bad press and punishment while the big corporations who hire them get off scot-free? Could this be that the media itself is a large conglomeration of corporations that may directly, or indirectly, benefit from this ‘illegal’ practice?
Think about this:
The punishment for drug pushers is more severe than for the individual, users. The reason? Because the user is a single, entity who breaks the law once, harms only himself and often does it of out desperation.
The punishment for supporters of terrorism – i.e. people who ‘feed, train, supply and harbor’ terrorists – are the same as those who commit mass murder. The reason? Because they are partners in crime.
But, once again, when it comes to applying these same logical principles to big corporations who ‘sell’ jobs to desperate people and/or who ‘feed, train, supply and harbor’ illegals, then suddenly, the principle is discarded.
In other words, the business that encourages and supports countless ‘criminals’ over long periods and for massive profits, get off… while the desperate little ‘criminal’ trying to help his family, gets the book thrown at him.

Granted that those 12 million or so illegal aliens are here to stay, and granted that removing them all would cause some sort of negative economic implications you can’t deny the fact that what they are doing is unlawful, wrong, and unfair to all the legal immigrants.
You also have to see that in the long run rampant illegal immigration will ruin the U.S. or at least turn it into a socialist country, just look at most of Europe.
