i appreciate a forum, as in: special place that is not full of noobs and assholes.
i was quite shocked at this forum because i’m still here and that speaks for itself. i just wanted to know if there are any other forums out there to hang around in, that are not so degradeing and mind numbing.(compared to the shit i’ve seen,not compared to this one.)

another missconception. it takes something pretty outrageous to blow me right outta a forum;for example at emuGP:i wrote:thank you for the game downloads,but i feel you guys are a bad influence and the mods dont enforce the rules. the answer among others,but the one that stood out was this:you are like those noob kids that hire a whore on grand theft auto and then shoot the whore for the hell of it.and you call us a bad inflence.you make me so pissed

I’ve only been at a couple of other forums, but if you’re into art I used to be on this movie industry forum which was alright if you’re an artsy guy.
I haven’t posted in like 6 months, but I browse through every once and a while. there are alot of morons, but there are many at the Sub-Gamer level.

No forum will ever be completely free of either type of pest. Philosophy just seems to attract the weirdos in society.
The key to a more pleasent forum experience is to have a good “pest-control” technician. Like cancer, forum pest infestation is not cure-able, only treatable.
Fortunately for us, we have a very good Forum Janitor who seems to set enough mouse traps to catch the rats. Then he Bannishes them forever.
