> They don’t care about the Patriots working at ICE.

The guy saying he can’t look his kids in the eye and say he supports what ICE is doing is also a lawyer for Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent who killed Renee Good. Does he care about the people working at ICE?

Why do you think he’s so ashamed to call himself a Republican?

You’re consistently dismissing the people in Minnesota calling out ICE’s abuses a “leftists”, and Republicans are just not that. It’s not a lesbian mom, it’s not Tim Walz, it’s someone who clearly believes a lot of the same things as you believe about what’s happening, except that he lives in Minnesota and he can no longer look his children in the eye and continue to lie about what’s going on.

That’s why you should care.

> Where is any evidence ICE is detaining people without warrants?

Sorry, you’re asking me to post a video of ICE not having a warrant? What would such a video look like?

Evidence for ICE’s warrantless arrests in violation of the 4th Amendment looks like court opinions saying, “[Plaintiffs have demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits of their challenge to
defendants’ policy and practice of making warrantless civil immigration arrests without an
individualized determination supporting a probable cause finding of escape risk, as well as the
likelihood of their irreparable harm and the balance of equities in their favor.](https://www.acludc.org/app/uploads/2025/12/Escobar-Molina-PI-decision.pdf)”

You’ve posted like 6 videos of the same WOW streamer, those aren’t “evidence”.

> ICE have administrative warrants to arrest people with.

Administrative warrants _do not_ satisfy constitutional warrant requirements. The warrant requirement is for a warrant signed by an Article 3 judge, i.e. a judge in the Judiciary branch of the federal government.

It’s intended to be a check on the power of the Executive, and administrative warrants are issued by individuals who report to the President. The Judiciary doesn’t report to the President, so the warrant requirement effectively entails an independent review of the use of the police power.

To be clear, there are a lot of immigration enforcement actions that don’t require a warrant; “warrantless” is not equivalent to illegal. But multiple courts have found that ICE is going beyond what the law permits it to do without a warrant.

I believe in you Mags, you can do it. Like this: “I agree that what ICE is doing is bad and it should stop.” I promise it will make you feel better.
