Atlas Shrugged, The Movie!!

Ooo! Atlas Shrugged Part 1 opens tomorrow, in an theatre not likely near you… They say Angelina Jolie was pressured out of taking the lead. Oh the irony!

Cool! It couldn’t have come at a better time in our history. The anarchists and tea baggers will guarantee the success of this movie. Rand had it wrong. Atlas didn’t shrug. He took out billions of dollars in advertising and plastered facebook and twitter, bankrolled “grass roots” protests, and bought every available representative to congress.

Oh yeah, this one is a mega hit.

Two parts LOL.

That sounds suspiciously like high level radical corporate doobie use, tent…

Actually, I think it’s three. Of course, the third would logically be devoted strictly to John Galt’s 100 page loudspeaker rant… might just go to that one, as I couldn’t get through the whole thing in the book…

Mega Hit? Its not even in most theaters.

Theaters? Who cares about that? The tea baggers and conspiracy theory people have pirated DVD copies (from China) and they circulate them among the faithful. It doesn’t have to be on facebook to be a hit. I understand that the middle east faithful are using it in their training films as proof that hating and killing amurricans is paradise. John Gault is the devil personified - or a god, depending on what you need at the moment. :-"

You think propogating this movie is good? This happened with that movie America, from Freedom To Fascism, but that may have only ended up with Wesley Snipes in jail (if he watched it). I don’t conisder it a Mega Hit or it being good though.

Well that was condescending, thanks.

There was nothing condescending about it. I made two joking posts, and you seemed to be taking them seriously. What did you expect?

Well of course it was condescending, as if I don’t know what Irony means. Its hard to know sometimes if people are joking though, after all you got people out here that think anything is anything.

Yeah, and sometimes it’s hard to know if people are taking a joke seriously. We’ve got people out here who take unicorns seriously…
