defecation
nazi propaganda
curse words
genital mutilation
dead babies
make sure to throw in a few things people care about like:

Well if you actually want that and cant find one, then Google image search for an image of both then use a clone tool in a photo editor to copy the text from the us constitution onto the toilet paper ~using the ‘if darker’ filter for the clone tool so that only the darker text is copied onto the toilet paper.
This method is great for many things e.g. putting other peoples faces onto someone elses face etc.
