A kaleidoscope of colors–the darks, the light–each person is filled. The in-between colors confuse and beautify–make more complex and captivate. The deeper you look, the more intricate is the piece, you realize the awesome value that grows and grows with each step closer. You suddenly stop, compelled to withdraw, the price is too great. You reach where you originally were and test further and further away. The beauty becomes foggy. Did you destroy beauty? No. Just that particular view of that particular beauty. The currents weave amongst the space between.
If you are talking about perspective, I’d have chosen to do some from a different… perspective.
Beauty is hard to define! What do you think it is?
Not only to define, but to explain how it works. How do you think it works?
beauty is the same as intelligence. as intelligence grows so does love and beauty
…wha…wha…what??
“Beauty” = “Intelligence”?
What would even remotely lead you to believe the two ideas are equivalent?
Beauty could be intelligence to a perception that recognizes beauty in no other aspect of life – then I suppose the two could be equal in regards to ONLY the one perception.
Intelligence could be beautiful, depending on the nature of the intelligence, how it was gained, how it is used, etc. – Certainly not universal though. It took intelligence, among other things, to be the Zodiac serial killer and never get caught, but where’s the beauty in that?
Something I see ultimate beauty in is nature. Aesthetically pleasing, mysterious, complex in detail, simple in purpose, free, humble, powerful, exciting to all senses. Yet, at the same time, nature is devoid of our concepts of “intelligence”, “love”, “emotion”, and even “beauty”. Nature exists as it is, regardless of our labels, unwaivering in it’s presence. No reason, no logic, just biological need and perseverence of will.
Beauty has nothing to do with intelligence, and vice-versa. The two don’t act to define one another in the slightest.
The world, or its population rather, is growing and intelligence is obviously advancing. I don’t see much beauty in what has become of it to be quite frank. We live lives of hellish boredom, sentenced to prison in cubicles, while we rip down the world around us and destroy each other. Man oh man, “intelligence” has gotten us so far…
this may be hard for some to understand…feel free to ask me any questions you may have in understanding this
God bless
beauty, …is only a lightswitch away
Hneeee-hee-hee hee.
Frrrubmpfh…
Only in darkness the light. Only in silence the word.
