Being Free

How easily we submit to the smother of societies expectations. Becoming trapped in a mindset, enslaved by our surrounding influences.

Responding to our thirst for accumulating wealth and possessions.
Measuring apparent success as lifes objectives.
Reacting to standards set by politicians and religeous dogma.
Conforming to expectations of others.
Influenced by massed behaviour and conformity.
Restricted in our boundary’s by habitual reaction.
Restraining our protests for fear of offending.

How bold great men who broke the rules. Startling the masses with thier perceptions.

Our choice must be to obtain a balance in social perticipation and personal intelectual freedom.

WE exist in time, but not of a time. In space but not of a place. A spirit without restraint.

It is enlightenment and wisdom that sets us free.

I think this too. Too much individuality leads to an isolated self with no relationship and therefore no fulfilment. Too much sociability leads to a collective self with no sense of direction other than that of which is defined to them by other people, where they become the group rather than the individual.

Enslavement of our surrounding influences…yes, we must be conscious of what it is we want from this life. It is in abundance, but we can’t forget that this perhaps is a great social challenge for everyone. If we are capable of knowing the enlightened stages, surely everyone else deserves to and is capable of knowing this too.
