Look, there are some hairy white people who resemble apes. lol this whole genetic study have got two sides.

This shows that the biological differences between the “races” are not very great. the part in bold says the difference between race is not great so race does not exist is obviously false. something can exist even if it is very small.

another part I want to add is that, race comes from our ancestry, by belonging to a race shows our ancestry, i think it is quite important to preserve our traditions, irrespective of black/white/asian…

In summary, from currently available information, the really important factor in determining skin color is melanin – the amount produced.

I don’t think the whole issue is a issue of skin color, if we color all people green, their facial feature would still betray their racial ancestry.

Nobody ever said that those differences aren’t real, or that they aren’t genetic. What we have said is that they are irrelevant. The difference in the expression of a single gene (shown to be pretty uniportant. Albinoism isn’t a big deal) is hardly an acceptable marker for what matters.

Furthermore, you are only dealing with race from an anglo perspective, that is quite limited. Kurds and Turks look quite similar by your assay, as to Tsutsi and Hutu . . . yet these differences are significant to those people.

Would you argue that redheads are a different race from blondes? You could, by your definition. It’s a social construct.

Also . . . you really need to work on your sources. Christiananswers is a step below Wiki, and that’s not a good thing. At least Wiki is a pretty solid starting point.

you must understand that the word race was abused over and over again. some say Japan and China are two different races. while in reality they are two countries. so don’t be mislead by the word 'race’instead think about the concept implied by it.

sure, but the definition of the race is this. A race is a group of people by whose mixing will continue their existence. so if a Japanese and Chinese marry, they will have a kid that may look J/C in one generation and C then J or C again. so the existence of Jap/Chi is preserved…

but if you mix with white/black. you have ended your existence for sure. for such kid can never give birth to J/C. but only a bastard.

The reason we have such a T.V series is not based on some biological basis but the so called biologists are trying to manipulate the biological grounding of race due to social demand. Society want to believe what they are doing is ok. in Aus, there are inumerable white/asian pairings, which is raising concerns regarding Aus racial identity. the documentary is aimed at legitimising such a union, though the off spring is ultimately a bastard. the society is filled with lies.

I dunno, Thai and Han have obvious phenotypic differences. Actually, so do Chinese and Japanese. You just need to know what to look for. Does that make one group less ‘asian’? They are every bit as much different races as caucasian and african. It is merely a matter of perspective.

Your argument doesn’t make any sense. Define race, not from a cultural perspective. Is it the overexpression of melanin? OK, how does that define one’s character, or ancestry?

Race - definition

A race is a group of beings through whoes mixing continues the racial feature of the race itself.

This means, a red head marries a blond may have a blond or red head in the next generation. but if a red marries a black, the children mix together can never produce a red head or a black ever again. so the race is discontinued in this instance.
