Do a bit of research in to biophotons and then you find the two statemenmts made above are fanciful gibberish. No humans can’t see it (it’s in the UV range) and no it doesn’t relate to anything ancient mystics ‘knew’.

Yes, I’ve heard of auras, and as far as I’ve been told by someone who claimed they had this ‘gift’ it’s all about the colour of the aura that signifies what’s going on. Colour is made by differing the wavelength of light. Accoording to what I’ve read about Biophotoms a damaged cell emits a greater intensity of biophotons, not a different wave length.
Let’s consider these as candidates for producing ‘auras’ which only ‘giifted’ mystics (aka conmen) can see:
- their intensity is too low to detect with a human eye
- It’s in the wrong wavelength for a human eye to see
- It doesn’t vary in wavelength to produce differing colours but varies in intensity
- Only the afflicted cells vary, not every cell, so it’s wouldn’t produce an aura
