I’m not opposed to the Lutheran and Catholic Churches joining together once again, but this article itself proves why it is impossible, it shows the pope standing next to a pagan imposter who clearly is not Christian.

It isn’t worth destroying the dialogue with the other holy sees for some Episocopagan woman up in Sweden to mock Christianity. Highest rank she could have in a actual Christian church by default is Deacon, certainly never priest, much less Bishop nor Archbishop. Her congregation, nor her nation, has the capacity to promote her to such a role.

If the Pope does this, there will be no further dialogue with the Greeks, Russians, Coptics, the Ethiopians will shun us, the antiochians will too. It us a fundamental rule, it isn’t up to negotiations or revaluation by feminists, it is the way it is, period. It doesn’t change. If the Catholic Church accepts her as a arch bishop, means all our bishops accept their bishops as fully legitimate and in the fold, all their priests, etc. Some of the bishops aren’t like the others- zero negotiation on this. If it is attempted, you’ll see a mass Exodus of Catholics to one of the remaining legitimate holy sees who preserved the apostolic system of succession. It isn’t the option of some crazy woman to decide otherwise. She can go join some radical Gnostic group if she wants to play priest, it isn’t what Christians do. We had the same system for 2000 years, we aren’t about to change it cause a couple of Swedes went cross eyed and got confused.

They are merely trying to unite two networks for sake of greater influence and power. Much like uniting Europe into the EU, they merely target the differences, massaging, and manipulating until the differences are insignificant. Then for sake of “protecting ourselves from the evil terrorists (anyone who isn’t us)”, they willingly unite. Not a great deal of direct extortion is necessary in most cases. The instigated terrorism is enough; “United we stand. Divided we fall.”

And as they gain power through such a procedure (a “god” or “archangel”), any resistance becomes relatively weaker.

The idea that “we must do it this way because of tradition” can and will eventually be eliminated. Tradition and faith only support each other up to a point. And such traditions become the “idol worship” sin. What is, is what is, Reality must dictate; “let there be no other god before me”.

So the question is, exactly which tradition (currently) do you believe to be the permanent obstacle to their lust for the gaining of power via uniting?
