No matter how much of this sort of thing I read (and I read a lot of gruesome news) I don’t find myself becoming desensitised. It still turns my stomach and makes me hope that the fucker who did this suffers badly and realises the extent of his actions.

it seems they have done away with time limits on the sale of booze in jolly old england… or at least that is what they reported on the news here…
I predict they will have fewer last minute binge drinkers but more drunks…

No matter how much we try to understand the Meaning Of life, we will always find it much harder to understand Evil Atrocities.
They have pretty much done away with limits on alcohol trading but only about 1 in 20 places have got full 24 hour a day licences.
I predict that the city centres will get worse and everywhere else will get a bit better.
