last night at the ohio state fair, blue oyster cult opened for alice cooper…
it was an excellent show! BOC played for an hour and kicked all sorts of ass… they had bassist rudy sarzo playing with them and he did great… buck looked to be in good health and the whole gig was excellent…
alice took the stage and for the next hour and a half they played their asses off… the musicianship was commendable… alice died 4 times I think and the stage spectacle was simply astounding… good lights and effects and the acoustics were outstanding… if you have a chance to catch this show on tour this year, I highly recommend it… these guys are getting up there in age (as were we in the crowd) which was kind of ironic…
