I would guess that we are bombing Iran by the end of August.
The percentage would be around 85% as of right now. I would offer up
several reasons but it really depends on the presidential campaign. IF Obama
has a large lead going into August, I would say then we have a 99% chance of
bombing Iran. The village idiot wants a McCain presidency and would use a bombing
of Iran as his way of getting McCain in the white house. The old GOP tactic of fear based
politics. IF McCain is in the lead, then the odds are about 85%. Which is why I see
bombing Iran as a done deal, because unless things change within the next couple of months,
Obama should have a solid lead going into September. This administration doesn’t care if its
politics kill people, Iraq proves that, so expect the worst because Iran will fight back and
it won’t be pretty. terrorism will be brought back into American shores before the election if
the U.S bombs Iran, this I can almost guarantee.
I really think we should go ahead and nuke the mojor cities in China as well. I don’t want to have to do it when I’m 60 or something. Let’s just wipe out the bastards and start living like it’s the 1960’s!
The only reason is because the Iranian oil suppliers recently announced that they will sell for Euros instead of American dollars. No more, no less.
This is all a protection racket to support American hegemony of the dollar. The American military offers protection in exchange for doing business only in dollars. That increases the world demand for dollars and artificially increases the value of the dollar. American foreign policy is no more complicated but like any racketeer, sometimes you have to flex your muscles. That is why Irak was invaded – Hussein announced that he was no longer going to sell in dollars. That is why Chavez is an evil dictator and CIA agents tried to assassinate him – he announced that he is moving away from the dollar.
Take a look at the statistics: as American military influence in the oil producing nations falls, the value of the dollar falls.
Um, no thanks I lived through the 60s and all the threats and wars,er I mean police actions. Back then nukes were the favored toy. Only a couple of nations had them and yet it was a very large fear. Now how many countries actually have nukes? WW3 will happen sooner or later but, I do not see China as the threat. Not really. China is getting its butt kicked naturally right now. I think it would be wisest to help them not bomb them. They would make a strong allied enemy. They have a certain honor code and hopefully they would honor it if we helped them. Ok it may be naive to think that but, hey hope should never die.
