I believe emotional intelligence to be judgement that does not need a thread of arguments, but that it dependent on some form of perception

Philosophy has never defined a thing in its entire existence. However, during the age of dinosours, the anthropomophisourus came into existence and remains a threat even today.
There are two branches of reasoning, Logics and Analogics. Emotion is an analogic. Intelligence is the ability not only to know the foundation of reasoning, but have some competence in each of the two fundamental branches.
In logics, the form is a given and the material must be supplied to make something. In analogics the material is a given and the form must be applied to make anything.
That is one reason you can argue endlessly in logics, no one will agree on the material difference, and why in analogics thing go wrong, because people do not have any notion of absolutes. It is a sad thing when reasoning only has this binary same and difference, and humans cannot even master them.
I think that there are way too many paper trained intellectuals in the world and not enough intelligence–but that is the fault of evolution, and I have applied for a hunting lic. to track it down.
