Profanity…

Continue to hungrily suckle at the teat of your ego and be a slave to its desires.

Ok so the real topic was intended to be attacking Magsj not seriously addressing bigotry.

I’m not… what made you think I am?

Don’t mix up confidence with egoism… or with anything else you care to mix it up with come to that. Your presumptions are far too basic to adhere here, but again… I applaud you for your futile attempt.

“Imagine a multidimensional spider’s web in the early morning covered with dew drops. And every dew drop contains the reflection of all the other dew drops. And, in each reflected dew drop, the reflections of all the other dew drops in that reflection. And so ad infinitum. That is the Buddhist conception of the universe in an image.” –Alan Watts

Spider webs are awesome.
I’ve always loved this Thought. I am a dew drop - we are All dew drops. We do reflect one another in one way or the other.

Having this thought is like being drunk. What’s wrong with that? Ask a glass or water!

We live in a world were some dewdrops want to fuck you, kill you, cheat you or love you. If we were really all the same you’d never know which one was which.

She did not say we were all the same.

If you look at me, with your eyes only, you will only see yourself.

 Now, looking at it that way, that statement kind of puts a different slant on the “dewdrop” metaphor.
The word “reflection[s]” was used, Lev. One way that I might look at it is that maybe we can imagine those reflections changing, transforming moment by moment. We can say that we are multi-faceted dewdrops, reflecting our current aspect depending on our behavior and and yes even thoughts.

Those same dewdrops which you spoke of above are multi-faceted reflections. Yes, they do want to F _ _ _ you, kill you in some way, cheat and also love you - save you, and also demand that you grow. We come to know the different facets of ourselves by peering into the other dewdrops and seeing just what we see - if we’re lucky, we see what is actually there. We are all the same and we are all different.

You wouldn’t know the difference if You were far away, looking at it only with Your eyes, like snowflakes, differences can only be noted by complete engagement. once totally engaged, it is hoped the differences would appear less obvious. The spider patiently waits and waits in its self created web, until it’s next victim finds out how different it really is. Engagement is oft beset with danger, as well as with rewards. Sometimes there is the need of survival. The fittest can tell You about it, the others, well, to put it bluntly can only wish they had not flown too near the fire.

And most everyone knows by now, You can’t play with fire.
