Changing the 'Search Members' function

can we get the Search function in the list of ILP members to display results in alphabetical order, rather than in chronological order of when the member joined ILP?

when searching through 15 pages under a specific letter to find someone, it doesnt do any good having the results displayed with regard to when someone joined. it would seem far more helpful to have member names displayed alphabetically.

If you click on ‘username’ at the top, it should sort by the username.

i mean when i click on ‘Members’ at the top right of the screen, next to the Logout button; it takes you to the list of members, catelogued from a to z (or #), but if you click on any one of these letters it displays chronologically not alphabetically, and likewise if you click ‘All’ it does the same. i cannot find any way to change how this is displayed.

What style are you using? In the default style, you can click on the word “USERNAME” above the list of usernames, and it will sort the list alphabetically. It also preserves the sorting when you click on different letters.

beat me to it. but Now that it’s resolved…can we get the delete post function back?

Back?

thanks for the ss, i see now, much obliged.

The site used to allow members to delete there own posts when it was the most recent one in the thread. It’s probably been a year or two now since it was removed. Maybe with the phpp? update.
