Yeah, and Relativity is Newtonian. Just look at all of the commonalities. They both use math, talk about masses, velocities, volumes, and calculus. Obviously Einstein and his followers are really just Newton worshipers.
There are basically twelve assessments of human dispositions noted in the Zodiac. The same twelve could be pertinent if instead of the stars they represented distances from the North Pole. In other words any designation of human types could be expressed so long as there are twelve. I could express human types then by numbers 1 through 12. Would this mean that the numbers themselves identify the types?
They didn’t kill the rabbits and squash the eggs… but they killed the pagans and then took their traditions and put the “birth of Jesus” label on it instead. People don’t celebrate the ACTUAL meaning of Easter anymore, which is the point. The ACTUAL meaning of Easter was the coming of spring, life and fertility. Nothing to do with Jesus, that’s where they twisted it around and said “This day is about Jesus now, we’ll keep the eggs and rabbits as symbolism for the childrens joy, but we won’t say the holiday is about spring and fertility.” They don’t have to insist to celebrate with tombs and burial shrouds… they insist we celebrate it because of Jesus, that’s enough already. They could have picked a different name for the holiday and celebrated it themselves instead of putting it all under EASTER, when EASTER is Pagan and to do with fertility. Also, minister to pagans, pagans didn’t like Christianity back then… it was forced onto them. Hence, why they had wars and destroyed Rome, put Constantine in power and killed Paganism off. Remember, Holy Roman Empire? 1st Reich?
… They use the cross now, it doesn’t matter with the formation. Why did they feel the need to adopt the Ankh then modify it then? then give no credit to Egypt. Some people even go as far as to call some parts of Egyptian culture/religion evil and Satanic… Like the whole “serpent is evil” thing and “there is only one god!” It’s all a matter of respect, Christianity has none for others… then expect it in return. It’s a religion of judgemental attitude, sheep thinking and just all out manipulation, fear monger, coercion and just being pieces of shits in secret, sometimes not even intentionally being shitty either.
newworldencyclopedia.org/ent … _the_Cross here’s the quote I posted. The cross literally makes no sense… it’s like wearing a symbol of death… Egypts Ankh is much better anyways, it has the loop at the end and was used to vibrate energies back into the body when orgasming. You would use it as you orgasmed and then vibrate the energies released from the lower body back into your head and feel a rush.
Then I guess it’s not a pagan religion after all then, now is it?
Yes, that’s right. The pagan stuff that the word Easter comes from has nothing to do with Christianity. Christianity isn’t based on pagan beliefs. That’s the point I’m here to make. You being all mad about history is not on my list of concerns.
It isn’t new age that the ankh was used for that and the cross is a symbol of death… you said it yourself, it’s crucifixion. Crucify = death and torture. Cross symbolizes that and the Romans got it from Egyptian Ankh.
It has to do with Ishtar, goddess of fertility… but also to do with paganism as well, they celebrated it before Christianity got a hold of it, and pagans celebrated the actual meaning… it’s origins are probably Babylonia/ancient though.
Can’t you address the evidence without being evasive? The Dead Sea Scrolls is a written account of the times of Jesus and there is no record of any such person going by the name of Jesus contained within them.
This thread amounts to the most blatant examples of card stacking and cherry picking I’ve seen in some time. All pagan symbols are reinterpreted in terms of New Age BS.
Artimas, who was “the teacher of righteousness” mentioned in the Dead Sea Scrolls? Some say it was Jesus; others claim it was John the Baptist.
Did not Josephus write about Jesus? josephus.org/testimonium.htm
I don’t remember the date anymore, but Josephus wrote about Jesus a long time after he died, he is not eye witness account. His writings are only hearsay, he wrote what he knew on accounts of other people, not witnessing it himself. We all know humans exaggerate the story, the longer the story is out the more twisted it becomes.
Never read the dead sea scrolls, never bothered. You can assume they’re meaning Jesus when saying “teacher of righteousness” but what does it matter, there is still no evidence of the man ever even existing outside of rumors and accounts from other people.
The possibility of him not existing is just as possible as him existing.
Pagan doesn’t necessarily mean animal, nature or idol worship. It can include sun worship too. A non-pagan religion is one which has a single god and this God is everywhere and not in one place.
Don’t forget that religion is just a ruling class trick to fool the masses.
Religion is just a third party excuse so that the ruling classes can get away with bad decisions and not get the blame. Thus, god gets the blame when things go wrong. God is angry and needs human sacrifices to make him happy again. The people are fearful of God and will behave, so that they will not be chosen, when human sacrifices are required.
