Pre-universe considerations, by nature, are all metaphysical; a singularity, of course, is a pre-universe event. That being the case, it is in this pre-universe post where the singularity should be corrected. That there is a universe at all is the result of a first existent which can be determined by answering why a universe exists instead of nothing at all. Either something exists or nothing exists, but NOTHING DOES NOT EXIST; therefore, something must exist. That something is immaterial space as a first existent in the pre-universe rather than a pre-universe singularity event. With a first existent, inflation and the big bang theory can be corrected. Some quantum reports argue that inflation is due to quantum fluctuations but that the big bang was the result of a singularity. However, immaterial space in the pre-universe with a capacity for becoming actual space in the current universe became actual space. Since actual space exists, immaterial space in the pre-universe had a potential for becoming actual space. Upon potential immaterial space becoming actual space (inflation), energy resulted–the energy that created the universe. Inflation and the big bang were created by the pre-universe first existent immaterial space becoming actual space–not by quantum fluctuations and a singularity.
What if there was no first event or existent?
What if the infinite future is just the result of the infinite past?
What if the universe has always existed - because it cannot be otherwise?
What if they merely misunderstand what they are trying to measure - and what they are saying?
If it is immaterial - how can it have “capacity” to do anything at all?
If it has the power to cause an entire universe - I think it very - very material.
Beside all of that - without material - there can be no time - so what could “pre-material/universe” mean?

But there was a first existent, otherwise no universe. Actual space exists; so immaterial space as the first existent accounts for actual space in the current universe. I showed how the universe could begin by eliminating nothing–NOTHING DOES NOT EXIST. Immaterial space from potential to actual creates energy (think of a bolder on an incline).Even Hawking said that time began when the universe began. The material cannot exist without space; it is prior. The material could not create itself; therefore it was created by the immaterial. There is no difference between the universe always existing and the first existent. There is no time in the pre-universe.
“Space” is 3 dimensional distance, which we call volume. The space inside a box that is 1 meter in length x 1 meter in width x 1 meter in height is 1 CUBIC METER of VOLUME of space.
The box has a volume of 1 cubic meter, whether there is “stuff” filling the box, or whether the box has no stuff in it. “Space” is not affected by “stuff.”
There is no alternative to infinite space. There is no possible way to limit space. How could you limit space, by a brick wall that is 3 meters thick? Then what’s on the other side of the wall, more space? More “stuff” that has more distance?
The “stuff” that resides in infinite space are called objects, such as moons, planets, stars, solar systems, galaxies, universes, multiverses…
Saying “universe” is like saying “ball”, because they are both objects of mass that reside in space. Our solar system is an object, like a ball, only much larger. A galaxy is an object like a ball. A universe is an object like a ball. A multiverse is an object like a ball. They all reside in space. Those objects were all born and will die. They started existence and they will cease to exist. There were objects before they existed and there will be objects after they are long gone.
There is no such thing as the beginning of time, and there is no such thing as an end to time.

The point is “now.” If you want to claim the past started then it starts “now” and goes back infinitely, and will go on infinitely in the future from now on.
There is no evidence of the lack of objects prior to our universe. There has always been objects and there will always be objects.
The concept of there being “nothing” (no objects in space) is as flawed as they come. There is no such animal as “nothing.”
