Also I don’t think Bill is a bot, he seems to have some cognitive capacity and reasoning abilities that does suggest intelligence.
He responds to people that talk to him and he also seems to respond emotionally to people that he perceives as them insulting him or praising him with equal measures.
I think Bill is actually a person, either highly medicated(and that’s why he keeps talking about medication) or some sort of neurological damage to his brain. There is a third option, that he’s just playing around, which I think is less likely.
He could be a genius, and is suggesting some radical philosophy which only he can comprehend, however, this, I think, is extremely unlikely.
If Bill is a bot, I fail then to see the purpose of this bot.
