Now this is a very interesting video. I had heard about how observing particles made them behave differently than when they were not. This video gives a better understanding to that concept.

Similar to when people know they are being observed and act differently? i.e. when being filmed, photographed, or attentive to…
That was my thoughts too. People’s inhibitions seem to get checked while being observed. It reminds me of getting that feeling of someone behind you might be looking at you.
The observer is consciousness, It is not particles acting different. It is consciousness picking and choosing out of all the infinitismal possiblities and creating the experience of something there.

They are not matter they are waves the collapse to matter when the observer acts upon them.
(until consciousness acts on them.)
Something would have to comprise the waves…what would that be?
I have no idea what makes the waves.
The waving would be for naught if consciousness did not act on it. The sensor system we call human beings would not be here to experience itself in the first place if consciousness did not act on that waving.
It is consciousness (one consciousness) that produces the experience. The sensor experiences seperateness, time, distance, matter, and motion.

Okay, let’s say the ‘waves’ are the result of the interaction in air. If this same experiment was conducted in a vacuum without gravity influencing it, then would there be waves?
The ‘quantum possibility wave field’/ undifferentiated potential/ ‘Mind’ is ‘differentiated’ into what we conceive of as existence/ universe, by the observation of Consciousness (Conscious Perspectives; us!).
The ‘potentiality’ of the waves is not ‘collapsed’ into ‘matter’ but into ‘information waves’ that we perceive as (material) ‘existence’.
There is no ‘matter’ but as a Perspectival concept; the differentiation of the undifferentiated potential (information) of Mind.

This is like a REAL virtual reality.
That still doesn’t explain what the waves are comprised of.
The mind as not evolved to the ability to see there yet. Our ability to experience more wave is limited by our evolutionary stage. The brain probably can not produce synaptic neuron firing fast enough. The nerve endings - cones and rods are not yet evolved to pickup multidimensional reprsentations.
A newer and improved model probably will see there.

I suppose the wave then would fall into the realm of theoretical conjecture.

(Refering to ‘responsibility for’, implies ‘causation’ which is fallacious in the face of non-linear reality. All ‘happens’ Now!)
I’m saying that Consciousness can ‘know/perceive’ Mind (though there is no real differentiation between Consciousness and Mind but by linear language/Perspective), by ‘differentiating’ the ‘potential’ (‘collapsing’ the ‘quanton’ (potential wave)) by the ‘glance’ of Consciousness (Conscious Perspective; us), the “Ground of all Being” (Copenhagen interpretation of QM), into what we perceive as moment a moment existence.
The only way that Mind can be known is by the inherently limited ‘focus’ of Perspective. Through that limited Perspective, a ‘portion’ of mind is known to Consciousness. The Mind as a Whole is perfectly symmetrical, Chaos, featureless. The limitation of Perspective is necessary to ‘know the unknowable’ and perceive existence (Mindstuff) as we do, which is no more than Mindstuff perceived through the filter of Conscious Perspective.
Please try to read between the lines as i am using linear language/words to attempt to discuss non-linear reality.
All existence, every’thing’, is Mind-stuff. Nothing is ‘created’, nothing ‘begins’, nothing is that is not, ultimately, Mindstuff.
There is Consciousness/Mind; featureless, perfectly symmetrical, ineffable, qualityless, timeless…
From the Vedas;

That would be Consciousness/Mind.
All existence, ever, is no more than a momentary flash of ‘insight’, a flash of ‘self knowledge’ of Mind (the only ‘self’ possible for Consciousness to ‘know’).
In other words, the “information wave” is Mindstuff (undifferentiated potential information) perceived as existence by Conscious Perspectives.

No ‘out there’ out there.
Nothing exists that is not perceived.
Perceiver and perceived are One.
We do not perceive existence, we perceive Mind and ‘see’ existence/universe (our little corner, anyway).
Seems like piling on more and more words in hopes of relaying anything, just muddies the waters. You will have to approach this with an open mind and effort at understanding, despite the limitations of the words, if you know what I mean! *__-
Well, I’m going to have admit extreme ignorance here. My attempt to understand is falling short while even trying to keep an open mind about this subject. I suspect the answer I aspire to obtain is going to be yet another elusive concept for me. Thanks for trying to help me understand. 
Perhaps I can muddy the water a bit more.
Let us assume that the electron particle shot out the barrel of the gun
is a microscopic piece of self-determined consciousness
as it travels towards the target
it becomes exponentially aware of the macro cosmic entirety of consciousness
and in the process its self-determined purpose
is dispersed into a wave of interfacing emotions 
Now we add the observer
The wave of dispersed emotions
realizes that the observer and itself are one
refocuses on its original intent
and behaves once more ’

I think all posibilities are there and someow consciousness choose one , and in that instant all past and future jump out as well for us to experience.
In another post about a school bus with school children in it at the intersection; I said , That it and the children were never seen in the “past” by anybody and will never be seen by anyone in the future.
If time as most of us sense it is real, then a past exited and it still exists and the future is happening now.
A couple of minutes ago I started writing into this forum. I am not still in the past writing , I am more as information in the quntum world.
My paradox is - if why if consciousness is choosing from all possibilities why are we still in the dark ages.
