Dan says:

Some things that I’ve recently said to myself:

Just read one or two, then reply, if you want to.
(Girls especially must comment!)

DNA is information, a symbolism. So is art. All dreams and desires become realities, once given enough power and time.

An ass for an ass, a turd for a turd.

Art is one of the stranger forms of education.

People have a harder time giving you free money–then they do giving you free love, but what happens when it costs money to live?

Some people’s main attribute is the ability to gain pleasure or stimulation, but I’d like my main attribute to be logic ability. Choices, based on complex values and variables.

It’s spring. Some sort of vitality just woke up here–cognitive… a force… I thought that I felt it. I’m going to look for some zebra pictures now.

Life is made of its environment and its origin. The original and most primitive life forms, formed in the water. All animals on earth still need water. This is a principal of foundation. I believe the same is true when applied to a human childhood. Our original childhood effects everything, it always does and it has to.

Mixing “sex” and “art”–is like mixing business with pleasure. Wait, no, it’s like mixing life with death! Yeah? All that drama, the stress, the struggle. F— y’all aint laughin’ though; this joke makes you cry.

If they can lie about God, then why not about any lesser?, namely: Man.

A suicide is an autocratic adult abortion. Giving up on something truly important–is an abortion.

Death is not as frightening as hard work, thus they loose their spirited efforts when under difficulty.

What kind of people that the masses love, is allot like what kind of food the masses love. It doesn’t have to be healthy, or right–before it gets popular, because this is a pleasure game. Hence, why believe in fame at all? Wouldn’t the most healthy words be ignored completely?

What does a cat’s tail have to do with the meaning of life? Well, there would still be a functional system if it was gone, but why remove it? Stranger yet, cats and dogs have had their tails chopped off by people, who wanted a particular “style”–and I think of “ethnic cleansing”… I think of plastic surgery, I think of war, when I see a cat’s tail. I also think that a cat’s tail is beautiful and unique.

If fear was a hunger–a hunger for safety, in light of a problem, wouldn’t superstition be junk food–or a white lie as a bane berry?

Oh please, please don’t start. You just keep on saying the same thing, just like humans keep on being born every year, and the principal of replication is your main natural means of spreading whatever is most “alive”. But silence isn’t possible, so?

Liers are the masters of evil. They are much like a virus that penetrates so deep, so fast–that the lie spreads and becomes a very resistant pandemic… But wasn’t Jesus a good man?

An opinion is like an anus. It is the final destination of an objective digestion process, it is yours, and is most often full-of-shit? Why share it? But I’ve seen dogs before, and their social practice…

What is the most toxic mental poison ever found in a book? It was not the ink, but the mixture of bias and facts.

“Most men would rather die than think; in fact most do.” ~Bertrand Russell. I didn’t say it, but I agree.

Logic is not the primary human attribute.

“True love”–is not unconditional. Intimacy has so many strings attached, that it ties up everything and also chokes it.

“But Dan, that’s unnatural!”
Dan~ " I’m the Dan; I’m aware of which ‘natural laws’ deserve to be broken."

Ignorance of evil surely makes it easier to live with, or die from.

I think you have true love mixed up with egoic love.

illative,
we both already know and feel the this fact:

True love is the understanding of the meaning of life on earth as a higher being. It’s not a gift, it’s not an act–it’s “the truth”.

Some things are above thought and feeling.
A state of being is above an action.

But–I still hold by what I said, though.

When we love something allot, we need it allot–just like the air we breath. Wont that lead to a potential chokeing? Wont that lead to an entanglement? You bet it will!

So the best solution to the needs=weaknesses complex,
is attaching yourself to, and developing need for only the most pure and stable things in life.

But I think that you already understand all of this, so I wonder why I talk… Maybe reaffirming?

lol Dan the man! I got you. And you know, I think your saying exactly what Im about to say, but Im just going to say it in my language. Why, lol so I can read my words I guess. Also, to reaffirm of course.

You know this, but its the positional explanation that unsettles me. At first you said “a state of being is above action”. But then you held on to what you say by tackling this concept of love from a positional stance that us mere humans are familiar with. Its still egoic love. Basically this is what Im saying. In our current state and position, we need love. We need a lot of things, just as you said, we are weak. We are in an unstable position of being separate. So we crave and need certain things. The state of true love implies wholeness. Its whole in its nature. Its like what we were made from. Your solution works, because we must attach and hold on to it. But we must become completely and utterly open to it, allowing us to be transformed by it, allowing it to transform and flow through our entire being. Hence, the love is not the problem, it hasnt been tainted or divided, we are. We need the love, it doesnt need us per se’ in wholeness because it already has us. Our need for love is different from the need for air. Sure, we need air, but more appropriately, true love is the state of truth. Its who we are. Only in this separate state can we recognize love as being something different. But when we are in this higher state of being, this higher state of truth, love is no longer a separate thing, it is us, and we are it. We cant distinguish between it or anything else, because all is love; and when your in love with love as love nothing else exists but love, a state of wholeness. lol Thats probably logically incoherent, but I think you feel what Im saying.

Yes, but I think that state of being is complex and that’s why people often don’t become it, because they don’t understand it.

General Buddhist idea of blaming “evil” on “ignorance” is better then the Christian idea of blaming “evil” on “imperfection” and “freewill”, IMO.

Fully understanding yourself, for example, frees the “ego” from the distorted shaddow that it thought that it was, and then either it takes on a new name and meaning, or it appears to no-longer exist.

My theory has generally been that once any life form fully understands the problem, it will do the right thing and slowly, inevitably solve or compinsate for the problem.

Mental walls, made of bricks of anger, and concrete fear–these mental walls stop the natural process of enlightenment and positive change. When that wall is up, they can’t truly touch eachother or anything else that was truly important.

Love is giving. Here is the loophole : love is giving what? To some love is giving of self, to others , love is giving of material in the attempt to give of self. Which is better?

Give you the fact that I want you to love yourself with more power then the energy that came with your greatest fear.
^
“Which is better”?

Just a suggestion…

Uh Dan; I think you forgot the option, I may be dense at this time if so please forgive me

Is breathing an act of giving?
Symbiosis is probably our main subject here.

Your right, love is giving, but its interesting because love is actually receiving. Its being completely and utterly open to receive. And in truth, you have completely given your self, you have completely opened yourself up, yielded youself to receive. Completely. So to answer your question, self of course, giving of anything less than yourself completely and utterly falls short of true love.
