Dan’s Darwinian Existentialism:

Anything other then what creates more of -- or preserves the species -- will exist, be developed, be farther advanced and be of higher value to that species through time. As bodies fade and are reborn, all of the things that matter most to the survival of the species become the main attributes and meaning of that existence. Anything not helping survival will wither, fade away or be trivial within the organism's natural design.
Later on, as humans became civilized and entered into states of self-reflection -- they questioned the meaning of everything, because they were changing the meaning and condition of their lives into a civilization, and this was made of civilized-people instead of pure-nature. The versatility of all of the survival abilities was noted during the self-reflection also. The survival abilities appeared to have new meanings, only because of the average & most likely use, and this is because of the fact that human ability could be used in so many different ways. Eventually, the threats to survival were so minimal, life was so different, opinions and anthropology got so diverse, and new civilized systems were so important, that people totally forgot or changed their minds about the original meaning of existence.
Much like a tree being used as firewood, humans have become social units who changed their own meaning so much that -- they then felt lacking in the fields of truth and meaning. Now, much like their tools, their essence has been made to be very-social, intelligent and unnatural, and they also made the mistake of expecting unnatural and intelligent things from nature and the universe. Some expect a universal justice, creation by an intelligent designer, things like these. Because of the meaning, way of thinking and our own state existence being so much different from nature, nature looks and feels meaningless to some. In the same way that a peaceful man looks at a war as pure madness, a modern man looks at life and death as if they were absurd.
Things like "the will to power", "the enlightenment", "the holy spirit" -- these are just some of the new forms of existence or theoretical meaning of human existence -- that people have invented recently. The original meaning was survival. All of our sensory organs, our ability to feel, think and do anything, these are all survival tools. "Power" is just one of the many things that help aid survival. The meaning of existence will always be survival; it fallows an evolving path of ever-increasing diversity and advancement.
So, what do you think about that?
Does anyone want to add this to symposia?
