After months of waiting, we are proud to announce the the eagerly anticipated opening of The Chamber, a new forum dedicated to hosting structured debates on a wide range of topics. The first two motions have been posted, and if you wish to participate, please contact the moderator in charge.

This post is old news.

The Chamber was an experiemental forum that had a brief lifespan in 2003. The experiment terminated before the end of that year.
