It’s obvious ILP has been having some difficulties, but I see that some posts of mine as well as the posts of others I was responding to have been deleted. How much was lost, and from what time on Saturday? Might not hurt to splain to folks what is missing…
Yes, some posts were lost. I can’t give an exact time, but it seems anything that was posted between about 7:45 EDT Friday night (5/9), and the when the boards went down on Saturday, was lost.
I don’t know exactly what went wrong, but there was a board failure, and I had to reload the site from a backup. Which I didn’t know how to do. Thus the downtime.
But hey, they site’s upgraded! 
It’s very easy to do nightly back up, and then restore from it when something wrong happens.
And many good hosting companys povide FREE nightly backup services on their part, too.
You shouldn’t operate DB based forum software without adequate backup/resotre system …
