Given that McCain was saying that the economy was very strong during the beginning of the crisis and got on the sane-train very late, I’m not sure the Republicans have anything to stand on. Plus, it was largely due to Republican policies.
But hey, keep your head in the sand. Come November, the Republicans won’t have much power, so I’m not terribly concerned. We can start going about the business of getting this country back on track.
