I think if you keep consistency in defaming yourself, others tend to pull you up deliberately so if you say that i am guilty a thousand times, others around will apologize for it on ur behalf and boost your senses.
Its a tested formula.
You could define conscience as moral anxiety, and use systematic desensitization. There are three steps in the self-administered systematic desensitization procedure which you could use:
Relaxation;
Constructing an moral anxiety hierarchy;
Pairing relaxation with the situations described in your moral anxiety hierarchy.
Watch pulp fiction, reservoir dogs, requiem for a dream, pi, saving private ryan, fight club, to name just a few while stoned. Get real high and drunk alot until you can no longer think process takes about a year… then detox and sober up… Don’t lose you sanity.
I just think that my life would run more smoothly, if I was able to leave the last remnants of my cultural programing behind, and look only to myself for validation on subjects that are taboo and would (to others especially) normally involve embarrassment, anxiety and guilt etc…
